We welcome applications from all families and are committed to providing the best education and outcomes for all children in a fully inclusive and nurturing environment. Every child is unique and we differentiate and adapt our curriculum to meet their individual needs.
We have staff who are highly experienced in supporting children with special educational needs, led by our Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENDCO)
We follow a graduated response to children’s identified needs through assessment, planning appropriate activities and targets and regularly reviewing progress. Parents are an important part of this process and we will work in partnership with you in setting and reviewing targets.
We work closely with Derby city council and other professionals including Speech and Language therapists to support children who have enhanced needs.
